Shelter and Transition House Worker Training

Tech Safety Canada is providing free training for violence against women shelter and transition house workers across Canada. This training on technology-facilitated gender-based violence will include ways to support service users through safety planning, preservation of digital evidence, and legal remedies. Additional presentations by tech companies and tech experts will be offered.

Training dates will be added as they are confirmed.

Supporting Survivors Experiencing TFGBV

This foundational training on technology-facilitated gender-based violence was offered in the spring. It will include ways to support service users through safety planning, the preservation of digital evidence and practical strategies and resources to enhance safety.

Three rounds of provincial and territorial training have been completed.

    Fee-for-Service Training

    Tech Safety Canada also offers training on a fee-for-service basis. Training topics are specific to supporters of survivors of technology-facilitated gender-based violence. If you are interested in fee-for-service training, please contact techsafety@endvaw.ca.
